How it works
We encourage a collaborative approach in setting rehabilitation goals, actions and processes.
Following the completion of an initial needs assessment or worksite assessment, we will liaise with the injured worker, employer, medical practitioners, allied health professionals and insurer. Ongoing communication is key to achieving rehabilitation goals and ensuring relevant treatment is adhered to.
As part of the ongoing case management, we will provide regular reports to capture all of the individual’s progress and milestones.
